1. The service
RadaTV ("we", "the app") is media player software for Smart TVs and the related web portal at tv.radaradio.com. RadaTV is a playback tool only, comparable to VLC or a web browser. We do not host, store, stream, sell, resell, distribute or link to any channels, broadcasts, movies, series or other media, and we do not sell or recommend playlists or content providers.
2. Your content and your responsibility
To use the app you add your own playlist (M3U URL or Xtream Codes login). You confirm that you are legally entitled to access everything you add, and you are solely responsible for it. Using RadaTV to access pirated or unlicensed content is prohibited. Your playlist data is used only to play media on your own devices; it is never shared with other users.
3. Accounts
An account is optional (guest pairing is possible). You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account and all related data at any time from the web portal.
4. License, trial and payment
- Every TV gets a free 7-day trial. After it ends, a paid license is needed to keep using the player on that TV.
- One license covers one TV and is bound to that TV's device ID. It cannot be moved to another TV.
- Yearly licenses renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the license page (/pay → Manage subscription) or via the link in your Creem receipt; the license stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment for the lifetime of the app on that TV.
- Orders are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment, taxes and invoices. Creem's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use RadaTV to infringe copyright or other rights, share accounts or licenses, reverse-engineer the licensing system, or interfere with our servers. We may suspend devices or accounts that break these rules, including on receipt of a credible rights-holder complaint.
6. Availability and warranty
The app is provided "as is". Playback depends on your TV model, network and your own playlist provider, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that any third-party stream will work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this site.
